Sr Manager, Professional Services 

 

The Senior Manager, Professional Services is a senior leadership role responsible for the successful delivery, scalability, and operational performance of ACA’s ComplianceAlpha Core module implementations, including Employee Compliance (EC), Compliance Monitoring (CM), Marketing Review (MR), eLearning, AML, and Control Room. 

 

 

This role leads multiple delivery teams and/or functional areas within Professional Services, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across a portfolio of client engagements. The Senior Manager is accountable for delivery outcomes, team performance, and financial health, while driving continuous improvement in implementation methodologies, resource effectiveness, and client experience. 

 

The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, operational discipline, and deep customer engagement capabilities with the ability to scale delivery in a fast-growing SaaS environment. 

 

 

Key responsibilities of this role: 

 

1. Delivery Leadership & Portfolio Ownership 

 

  • Own end-to-end delivery performance across a portfolio of ComplianceAlpha Core module implementations 

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to defined scope and quality standards 

  • Act as executive sponsor across engagements, providing governance, oversight, and proactive risk management 

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project, client, and delivery issues  

  • Drive consistency and predictability across implementations through standardized delivery approaches 

 

2. Financial Management & Operational Performance 

 

  • Own and manage financial performance across the portfolio, including:  

  • Revenue attainment 

  • Billable utilization 

  • Margin optimization 

  • Forecast accuracy 

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management on:  

  • Scoping and SOW development 

  • Resource planning and forecasting 

  • Ensure efficient staffing models aligned with pipeline demand and delivery complexity 

  • Drive operational discipline through KPI tracking, reporting, and performance management 

 

3. People Leadership & Organizational Development 

 

  • Lead and develop Team Leads, senior consultants and implementation specialists across Core module delivery team and Technical delivery team 

  • Build a high-performing, scalable organization, including:  

  • Talent development and succession planning 

  • Coaching and performance management 

  • Hiring and onboarding strategies 

  • Establish clear performance expectations aligned to business and delivery goals  

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and client excellence 

 

4. Delivery Excellence & Quality Assurance 

 

  • Own delivery quality standards across all Core module implementations 

  • Partner with Sr. Principal Consultants and Team Leads to:  

  • Define and enforce implementation best practices 

  • Ensure consistency in configuration, solution design, and execution approaches 

  • Identify systemic risks, inefficiencies, and gaps in delivery and drive corrective actions 

  • Ensure strong QA governance across all engagements, including complex and high-risk deployments 

 

5. Cross-Functional Leadership 

 

  • Build strong partnerships with:  

  • Product Management 

  • Engineering 

  • Customer Success 

  • Sales and Account Management 

  • Support 

  • Act as the voice of Professional Services for Core modules 

  • Influence product direction based on client delivery insights and implementation patterns 

  • Ensure tight alignment between delivery capabilities and evolving product functionality
