ACA is seeking an ambitious Sales Account Executive to drive growth of our Regulatory Technology Business Unit, you will be responsible for growing our Regulatory Technology client base across the UK and across clients. The successful candidate will be tasked with selling to new logos as well as selling our cutting-edge regulatory technology platform to existing ACA consulting clients.
The successful candidate will be skilled at building relationships with appropriate contacts within their target account, and positioning ACA as a trusted partner to their organizations. Active prospecting, lead generation are imperative as the candidate looks to qualify opportunities and build and close a robust pipeline of business within the Financial Services vertical as we strive to solve complex and regulatory burdens faced by firms today.
What you’ll do:
- Build and close a sales pipeline across both new business and upsell/cross sells
- Actively prospect across their territory and work to drive opportunity generation across their chosen prospects.
- Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers and activity position ACA’s Regulatory technology products.
- Work closely with the delivery and customer success teams to ensure clients are onboarded seamlessly and position us for future growth within the accounts.
- Support colleagues in the team by contributing insights into product and competitive landscapes as well as customer requirements.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Have sound knowledge and experience within financial services and/or trade surveillance, ecommunication archiving/surveillance, or Code of Ethics tools.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with at least 5+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying client-facing sales role.
- Client presentation experience to manage escalations, projects and support cross/upsell would be preferred.
- Prior experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) and enterprise software (desirable).
- Prior experience with professional services (desirable).
- Demonstrated professional integrity.
- Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs.
- Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
