This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing sales opportunities for ACA’s regulatory compliance consulting, managed services and regulatory technology products and services. This individual will also be responsible for managing the business relationship’s of accounts in the mid-market Asset Management sector. As such, we are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Asset Management industry, market, and the competitive landscape.  

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance consulting, managed services and regulatory technology products and services for our clients through a deep understanding of the benefits and competitive advantages.  
  • Be positioned as a business partner of the client’s organization and maintain an ongoing understanding of client’s various engagements across ACA.  
  • Serve as a consultative seller, listening to customer needs and clearly articulating the recommended solutions to meet their business objectives. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals quarter after quarter. 
  • Conduct and report detailed data analysis to identify additional market opportunities for potential and existing ACA products and services. 
  • Identify and respond to requests for bid and proposal opportunities. 
  • Devise selling techniques to drive the business forward and create a large volume of prospects and inquiries. 
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the sales process to guide prospect opportunities to successful closure. 
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying new sales opportunities and proactively contacting customers/accounts, nurturing leads, and generating robust short- and long-term sales opportunities. 
  • Confidently present ACA’s offerings, services, and pricing to financial services industry prospects and clients.  
  • Negotiate engagement terms with prospects and clients.  

 

To qualify for the role, you must have: 

  • 6-10 years of client-facing experience, including 3+ years of sales experience; in the GRC or financial services industries targeting mid-sized and large diversified institutions preferred. 

Skills or attributes for Success:

  • Have a passion and/or experience with the GRC industry. 
  • Understands industry, market, and the competitive landscape within regulatory compliance consulting, managed services and/ or regulatory technology  
  • Independent, highly motivated, and able to multi-task effectively. 
  • Organized, proactive, and works well in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Intellectually curious & a fast learner. 
  • Client presentation experience to manage escalations, projects and support cross/upsell.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change initiatives. 
  • Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
