The Client Implementation Specialist is responsible is responsible for implementing and configuring ACA software products and solutions for all of ACA’s investment management clients. The individual in this position will also act as a liaison between the client and ACA’s product teams and be responsible for the day– to-day execution of projects. This role will be based in our London office on a hybrid in office schedule. 

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Perform analysis on business issues, define requirements and propose solutions to solve issues
  • Develop processes for data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and analysis
  •  Work directly with clients to on board them on to the ACA software products, conduct training sessions, and manage and respond to client feedback
  • Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations  
  •  Provide diagnostic support and issue resolutions for ACA software products and solutions
  •  Provide support for continuous integration, test automation, source code control and review processes for ACA software products and solutions
  • Manage ACA software product and solution releases and upgrades
  •  Maintain procedural documentation and update as necessary
  • Constantly evaluate processes and procedures for inefficiencies, and make recommendations for improvement, and drive them through with stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives  

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Working knowledge of database concepts and SQL

 

Ideally, you will have: 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree; computer science, information technology, math, or related field preferred
  •  Two (2) years of experience in FinTech, financial services or investment technology company or strong willingness to learn
  • Experience with Git, TeamCity, and best practices is preferred
  •   Experience in accounting, execution or order management systems is a plus
  •  Experience with debugging C# code, and familiarity with unit testing frameworks is a plus Experience with Tableau, and / or SQL Server Reporting Services a plus.
