As an Account Executive within our Regulatory Technology Business unit, you will be responsible for growing our Regulatory Technology client base within the large/mid-market category, both by growing new logos as well as selling our cutting-edge technology suite to existing ACA clients.

The successful candidate will be skilled at building relationships with appropriate contacts within their territory. Active prospecting, lead generation are imperative as the candidate looks to qualify opportunities and build and close a robust pipeline of business.


 

What you’ll do:  

  • New business development across financial services companies.
  • Actively prospect across their territory and work to drive the opportunity generation across their chosen prospects.
  • Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers and activity position ACA’s Regulatory technology products.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of the client’s overall business, future plans, and potential needs.
  • Maintain ongoing understanding of client’s various engagements across ACA.
  • Initiate frequent touches with clients to prove value and support increased loyalty.
  • Proactively ensures client satisfaction through regular communication, scheduled touchpoints, and relationship milestones.
  • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the entire ACA product suite and coordinates communication among the various business partners.
  • Partner with BU Sales Specialists on cross-sell and upsell activities to support growth of client relationships.

 

To Qualify for the role, you will have:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of consulting, customer support, relationship management/account executive, or sales experience 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • Have sound knowledge and experience within financial services and/or trade surveillance, e-communication archiving/surveillance, or Code of Ethics tools.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with at least 5+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying client-facing sales role.
  • Client presentation experience to manage escalations, projects and support cross/upsell would be preferred.
  • Prior experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) and enterprise software (desirable).
  • Prior experience with professional services (desirable).
  • Demonstrated professional integrity.
  • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients

The cash compensation range we have provided has been benchmarked against similar organizations of comparable size, sector, and age. Our offers of employment consider a variety of factors, including but not limited to, unique skill sets, specific expertise or certifications and business/organizational needs. It is not typical for us to hire talent at the top of the range for a role, in part because it’s so important to us to allow all ACA employees the opportunity to develop over time, and to feel rewarded for doing so. Our listed range is a reasonable estimate of the total yearly compensation. 

 

 

Salary Range: $150K-$250K
