As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving ACA’s marketing strategy across advisory, managed services, and regulatory technology offerings. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns while partnering with business unit leaders to ensure alignment with firmwide goals.
You will serve as the central orchestrator of multi-channel campaigns— “quarterbacking” initiatives to ensure the right resources are in place, timelines are met, and business priorities are addressed. This role requires a rare blend of creative storytelling, analytical rigor, and stakeholder influence. You’ll be a key partner to the CMO, helping shape ACA’s marketing direction, refine its strategic priorities, and elevate execution across the board.
Responsibilities:
- Quarterback Marketing Campaigns: Tailor marketing tactics to business goals, liaising with practice, group, industry, client, alumni, and other teams to craft and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Partner with Business Units: Collaborate with business and commercial leaders to design and deliver marketing plans that drive growth, enhance ACA’s visibility, and align with top-line objectives.
- Drive Optimization: Use performance data to continuously monitor, adjust, and optimize campaign elements—across publications, emails, web content, video, and social channels.
- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring a consistent voice and measurable results at every stage.
- Demand Generation: Build and scale marketing funnels—from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion—to drive qualified leads and business growth.
- Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Operate as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, recommending high-impact marketing strategies that build brand credibility and generate pipeline.
- Build Stakeholder Confidence: Lead with influence, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned, well-communicated, and effectively executed across teams and functions.
- Wear Many Hats: Thrive in a small, fast-paced, and agile team environment where flexibility, initiative, and resourcefulness are key to success.
What You Bring:
- Data-Driven Mindset: Obsessed with metrics and analytics, you know how to derive insights, prove ROI, and use data to drive smarter decisions.
- Strategic Vision with Creative Execution: You blend sharp strategic instincts with creative storytelling and brand positioning.
- Exceptional Collaboration Skills: You thrive in a cross-functional environment, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading small, dynamic marketing teams—balancing mentorship, accountability, and resource management to improve output and impact over time.
- Strong Oral and Written Communication: Able to clearly articulate marketing strategy, results, and value to stakeholders at every level.
- Proven Campaign Leadership: Demonstrated success leading complex B2B campaigns that deliver results and support business growth.
- Fluency in Tools: Skilled in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ZoomInfo), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Adaptability and Ownership: Comfortable operating with limited resources, prioritizing effectively, and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting, advisory, or other professional services industries
- Experience leading integrated campaigns and demand generation initiatives from strategy to execution
