The individual in this position is responsible for 1) serving as a liaison between the business/functional leader and the office of the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) to drive collaboration, cooperation, and the exchange of information regarding ACA initiatives and 2) developing and ensuring the successful delivery of ACA’s operational and initiatives to appropriate stakeholders. 

 

What you’ll do:  

  • Manage select ACA operations projects and initiatives identified and agreed upon by the COO and ensure successful completion of those projects.
  • Develop budgets, timelines, and action plans for approved projects; identify team leads, monitor execution, help resolve challenges, and support consensus building throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a liaison with the Finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Present status of projects and initiative updates to business/functional leader on a weekly basis 5. Prepare materials for and/or lead internal presentations for those initiatives to upper management, BU/function leadership team etc.
  • Collect data and develop analytical framework to clearly and accurately report on the execution of initiatives to various stakeholders at ACA
  • Attend, and sometime lead, team management meetings to ensure alignment between all initiatives and strategy as set by COO
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and improved business outcomes.
  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and agility to move quickly and jump from project to project covering a wide range of expertise, stakeholders, internal processes etc.

 

To Qualify for the role, you will have:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Project Management preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management leveraging Agile methodologies. Execution and experience in project leadership, management, and communication
  • Strategy builds and execution experience.

 

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • Experience in software delivery and/or financial services industries
  • Experience with compliance related business systems (GRC space)
  • Familiarity with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) principles and tool
