The individual in this position is responsible for the administration of corporate support activities by providing daily administrative support to ACA Compliance Group
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the office to include reception presence, all facilities-related requests, maintenance issues, and office ad hoc requests
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels at all times [ office and pantry supply ].
- Maintain office pantry daily - stocking and upkeeping the cleanliness/organization.
- Support space planning, manage desk assignments and reconfigurations, and office space via desking software.
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to employee requests and resolve facilities-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with onboarding logistics, including access badges and building orientation for new employees.
- Manage conference room scheduling, shared space policies, and work alongside tech for AV/technology troubleshooting support.
- Track and report on facilities budgets, expenses, and service agreements and report into the Head of Corporate Services.
- Support planning and execution of internal events, office gatherings, and team meetings.
To Qualify for the role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing administrative or clerical duties in an office setting
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration business, computers, or office management preferred

- Proficiency in the use of office equipment, including phone systems, faxes, copiers, and scanners
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working in a tech enabled environment.
