This role supports the production and review of internal managed service deliverables, including raw data analysis, maintenance of performance and risk statistic calculations, and preparation of data used in investor reporting and marketing materials. It will assist in reviewing internal policies and procedures and collaborate closely with team members in Pune and across U.S.-based teams to ensure accurate and timely outputs.

 

The Analyst will also contribute to maintaining compliance with SEC regulations and standards such as the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®), under the guidance of senior team members. The individual is expected to follow established desktop procedures and meet role-specific performance metrics while developing foundational skills in performance reporting and internal collaboration.

 

What you’ll do:  

  • Support communication with team members and clients, escalating issues to senior staff as needed.
  • Assist in reviewing financial records and performance data to help prepare accurate quarterly statements.
  • Help format and compile quarterly statements, ensuring data is recorded and disclosed correctly.
  • Document procedures and note any challenges encountered during engagements to support process improvement.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal team members to stay aligned on project goals.
  • Learn to analyze composite membership, firm AUM, and portfolio data; assist in calculating performance statistics under GIPS®.
  • Follow established procedures to support the delivery of various service offerings.
  • Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables under guidance.
  • Stay informed about updates to GIPS standards and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and internal initiatives as assigned.
  • Track task deadlines and support the team in meeting client expectations.
  • Adhere to ACA’s internal best practices for client service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to research performance issues and assist in developing solutions.
  • Complete onboarding requirements and training activities.
  • Learn from senior team members and contribute to technical discussions as appropriate.
  • Submit timecards accurately and on time.

To Qualify for the role, you will have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree – Major or concentration in business, accounting, finance, or economics preferred 
  • In the absence of one of the specified degrees, individual must have one
  • Minimum of (0-2) years of previous work experience in investment management, accounting, or financial services

Ideally you will have: 

  • Investment management industry experience specifically investment performance measurement
  • Working knowledge of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)
