The Opportunity:

 

The Analyst Development Coordinator supervises analysts and provides ongoing feedback to facilitate professional development. This position is responsible for supporting the analyst training and development program, including liaising with supervisors to ensure that the staffing, training and development needs of junior staff are being met.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide ongoing feedback to supervisees to facilitate professional development
  • Coordinate with supervisors to assess and track individual staff development progression and the overall effectiveness of relevant training programs
  • Work with delivery managers to identify staff development and training needs
  • Facilitate the ongoing improvement of training programs and resources
  • Participate in ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support the business on various hiring and staff development initiatives

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three years of experience supervising in a professional work environment

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Major or concentration in compliance, criminal justice, law, business, accounting, finance, and/or economics preferred.
  • Previous working experience within professional managed services, regulatory compliance, or financial services industries preferred
  • General working knowledge of relevant federal securities laws and associated rules and regulatory positions thereunder (e.g., Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Commodity Exchange Act of 1936, Commodity Futures Trading Commission Act of 1974

 

Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

  • Passing score on FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (“SIE”) Exam or equivalent, or other measurable demonstration of industry fundamental knowledge as deemed comparable at management’s discretion.
