As our Managed Services Sales Associate, you will serve as a valuable member of our sales specialist team that helps financial services firms across the globe with their outsourcing needs. Our team has a fantastic culture, sells consultatively, puts people first, and represents our fastest growing business at ACA. This role has the potential to evolve into a sales specialist overtime and is positioned to add immediate impact and value to our 2025 and 2026 goals. You’ll partner with our managed services sales specialists and account executives to support creative prospecting, road-show preparations, presentations, internal networking initiatives, data-driven farming initiatives, and any approved innovative approaches that you bring to the ACA team.
What you’ll do:
- Help develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for one of ACA’s fastest growing businesses.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay up to date with industry trends and identify new selling opportunities
- Leverage sales tools and publicly available research tools for targeted initiative planning and preparation
- Support sales specialists in road-show planning, preparation, and execution, enabling maximum return on investment for the team
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting internal and customer relationships.
- Leverage available data streams and reporting to help prepare and equip Sales Specialist initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Contribute to ACA culture and evolution with creative and innovative ideas, curiosity, and meaningful questions.
- Stay up to date with new ACA products and features.
To Qualify for the role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Business, marketing, finance, or a related field are an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent OR
- A minimum of 2 years of proven sales BDR experience or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools – especially Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player mindset with high level of dedication
- The ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets or supporting sales teams with proven success metrics
- A creative and “out-of-the-box” mindset
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and clients

Our listed range is a reasonable estimate of the total yearly compensation.
