Managed Services Strategic Support Coordinator

The Opportunity:

The Managed Services Strategic Support Coordinator role is all about bringing energy and innovation to the team. You'll be the go-to person for the Managed Services senior leadership team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This position will be involved in exciting initiatives and special projects in which creativity and a proactive approach will shine.

What you’ll do:

• Assist leadership team with maintaining calendars and schedules
• Design and produce complex documents, reports, and presentations
• Data gathering and analysis
• Collection and preparation of information for meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain status reports for various BU initiatives and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
• Plan and coordinate assigned BU events and activities
• Participate in BU initiatives and special projects

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in an administrative support or project coordinator role

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Previous experience working in a financial services or technology based organization
