About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative Marketing Manager to support demand generation and thought leadership efforts across our Managed Services and Distribution solutions.
In this role, you’ll help plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads, engage clients, and support business growth. You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and the business units to bring campaigns to life and ensure they drive meaningful results.

What You'll Do:
- Support Demand Generation and Campaign Execution
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives (digital, content, events, webcasts) to engage target audiences and generate qualified leads.
- Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Contribute to Cross-Sell & Client Engagement Efforts
- Support campaigns that promote multi-solution engagement, helping to identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across Managed Services and Distribution offerings.
- Partner with sales and client teams to align on marketing efforts that support client engagement and expansion.
- Develop Messaging & Content
- Work with subject matter experts and marketing channel owners to help develop clear, compelling messaging and content.
- Assist in translating complex services into accessible, audience-friendly materials for campaigns and sales enablement.
- Tailor messaging for different audiences, including prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Coordinate with corporate marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns.
- Support initiatives that position Managed Services as integrated solutions across ACA’s broader offerings.
- Maintain strong communication with sales teams to support campaign alignment and lead follow-up.
- Execute & Track Marketing Programs
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and project tracking using tools such as Asana.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics (e.g., leads, engagement, and conversion rates).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness over time.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or professional services
- Experience supporting or executing campaigns that drive lead generation
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, or similar platforms
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Exposure to product or solutions marketing.
- Experience supporting campaigns across multiple offerings or business lines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and demand generation tactics.
