The Opportunity:
The Operations and Analytics Associate provides administrative support for ACA’s Managed Service Division. The individual in this role is responsible for assisting with workflow management, tracking of client deliverables, and project scheduling. This position will have a hybrid schedule at our Pittsburgh office.
What you’ll do:
- Provide operational support as assigned to facilitate team workflow
- Assist with workflow management, workflow tracking, and project assignments
- Participate in drafting policies, procedures, and standards as they relate to project workflow
- With oversight, correspond with internal and external clients via email and telephone
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents as assigned, including but not limited to billing and client supplemental reporting, invoice review and reconciliation, and statistics for the sales team
- Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives

Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1 year of administrative support experience directly involving scheduling or project management
