The PMO (Project Management Organization) Project Manager supports project management activities for small-scale or less complex projects. This role focuses on assisting in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager is a client-facing, billable resource who ensures projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

 

What you’ll do:  

  •  Assist in planning and managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues as needed.
  • Work with internal teams, including Order Management and Finance, to track and manage project activities.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are clear.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure that client expectations are managed, and deliverables are aligned with project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, and task lists.
  • Generate and distribute regular project status reports.

 

To Qualify for the role, you will have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Conga CLM, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia PSA

 

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination across teams and external partners.
  • Proven experience managing high-value and complex projects in a governance, risk, and compliance consulting environment.
  • Financial Industry experience is a plus
