The Opportunity:


The Product Development Coordinator plays a foundational role in supporting the operational execution of product launches. This role ensures data accuracy, maintains SKU governance, and facilitates coordination across teams to support smooth product rollouts and post-launch tracking.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support cross-functional collaboration for product-related managed services initiatives, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment and progress across teams including Sales, Delivery, and Legal.
  • Manage day-to-day product governance tasks including request preparation, Salesforce sandbox testing coordination, and Jira ticket tracking.
  • Assist in pre-governance product development, and track product launches and new sales.
  • Maintain and update key reports such as lost sales, monthly product bookings, custom request tracking, and product-level revenue data.
  • Conduct competitor analyses, and assist with non-standard sales solutioning.
  • Participate in ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support the business on various product development initiatives

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing projects or workflows in a professional work environment

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Major or concentration in compliance, law, business, finance, and/or economics preferred.
  • Previous working experience within professional managed services, regulatory compliance, or financial services industries preferred
  • Project Management Experience preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Excel helpful
