We are seeking a Technology Recruiter for a six month fixed term contract role. The Technology Recruiter is responsible for partnering with our in-house Talent Acquisition Team and HR Business Partners in fulfilling ACA’s hiring plans by attracting the best talent. This position will focus on identifying technology professionals for our IT and Product Engineering Teams.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Actively source passive candidate talent pools for technology teams.
  • Develop an understanding of the organization’s recruiting plans and objectives. 
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline appropriate to hiring needs by utilizing multiple sourcing channels. 
  • Effectively manage interview processes, working closely with and advising the business to deliver a smooth candidate experience and successful outcome. 
  • Work closely with Senior Recruiters and HR Business Partners to effectively manage compensation negotiations and offers. 
  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives. 

 

To qualify for the role you must have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration in business, human resources, or related concentration. 
  • Solid working knowledge applicant tracking systems (ATS), SAP SuccessFactors preferred. 
  • 5 + years of experience working in full cycle recruitment roles in the technology and engineering sector for a Saas solutions or Fintech company.
  • Experience delivering recruiting requirements across multiple business units simultaneously. 
  • Experience with compensation negotiations required. 
  • Experience recruiting in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) space preferred.
