The Opportunity:

The Product Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of internal enterprise integrations with our Compliance Alpha SaaS platform. This role involves close collaboration with design, development, and functional team members to ensure seamless communication and execution of the product roadmap. The Product Manager will work with stakeholders to set the product vision, drive the roadmap, and execute key initiatives that align with business objectives. This position is a contributing member of a product team.

 

 

  • Highly desired locations: New York City, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Boston, Chicago, Florida (Boca Raton, Miami), San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Houston.
  • Note: This role will likely move to a hybrid role in the future.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Strategic Leadership: 

  • Contribute to the product vision and strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders. 
  • Communicate in terms of the product strategy to ensure alignment on how product delivery supports business objectives and market opportunities. 
     

Agile Process Management: 

  • Facilitate the agile practice of the product team, including running rituals, providing feedback as a team contributor, and helping business stakeholders engage in our agile process. 
     

Product Roadmap Development: 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders  to manage and prioritize the product roadmap, defining clear, actionable milestones and objectives. 
  • Relentlessly prioritize the product backlog based on emerging requirements and discovery 
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to coordinate go-to-market strategies. 
     

Feature and Functionality Development: 

  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders (e.g., ideation, scoping, and prioritization sessions). 
  • Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and define product requirements. 
  • Collaborate with user experience and development team members to translate insights into actionable product features. 
  • Document requirements using standard user story formats to clearly express “Who? What? and Why?” 
     

Internal Product Advocacy: 

  • Champion the product within the organization, ensuring transparency and buy-in from all stakeholders by effectively communicating vision, progress, and changes. 
     

Mentorship and Team Development: 

  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in product delivery, agile processes and strategic thinking. 

 

Required Education and Experience  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives. 

 

Preferred Education and Experience 

  • Experience in Consulting, Finance, or Compliance is a plus. 

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with SaaS products and familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Professional integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
