Overview of Position

 

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the continued performance and success of ACA’s Salesforce environment. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will drive process automation and manage our Salesforce.com platform. You'll be expected to manage configuration, administration, user support, and SFDC integration with other applications. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, various organizational units, and subject matter experts to co-create processes and frameworks to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the overall configuration, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.
  • Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality and translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
  • Manage data imports, database de-duping, and cleanup
  • Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com.
  • Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes
  • Conducts self in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for reporting to senior management, including any potential or perceived violations of applicable laws, rules or Company policies
  • Other tasks, special projects and duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications (Personal, Educational, Experience)

 

  • 5+ years of experience working with SFDC as an Administrator
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning UI
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified; Salesforce App Builder or Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Apex triggers
  • Familiarity with supporting integrations, including proprietary systems.
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining declarative automation.
  • Familiarity with using, configuring, and supporting custom and standard objects
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues.
  • Ability to create and understand technical and operational documentation
  • Experience with HubSpot, Financial Force PSA, SpringCMis a plus
