The Opportunity:
The Commercial Operations & Analytics Associate and Sales Analyst roles will support the broader commercial operations team as well as the sales and business development team in pursuit of their growth targets. This individual is responsible for handling and managing the workflow of ACA’s sales processes, enabling commercial operations to run smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales strategies to further the growth of the organization
What you’ll do:
- Ensure sales opportunities are created and updated in ACA’s client relationship management system
- Ensure non-standard scope, service, fee and other related client contract terms are identified and communicated to applicable ACA personnel
- Comprehend, extract, and analyze information from various data sources for data maintenance and reporting needs.
- Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts databases and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database
- Engage and work with aligned operations teams and lines of business to achieve data needs and analysis results more effectively.
- Perform work under minimal supervision.
- Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- BS/BA degree in an analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field)
- 2-5 years’ work experience, preferably in sales or operations
- Preferred: Work experience within the financial services industry
- Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance.
- Independence and the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent ability to communicate across groups and levels within the organization.
- Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet
- Familiar with PowerBI
