The Opportunity:
ACA’s Outsourced Marketing Review team (OMR) assists clients by reviewing marketing materials to help ensure they are consistent with applicable regulatory requirements. The individual in this position will have subject matter expertise responsibilities with respect to marketing review. Analysts are expected to review marketing material, keep up to date on all regulatory developments, and advise clients on industry best practices associated with the products and services they engage in.
Analysts on the OMR team are expected to perform the following tasks:

Review marketing materials to identify potential regulatory issues

Liaise with internal OMR staff to finalize comments to provide to the client

Tailor marketing reviews to reflect client preferences, as applicable

Work within quick turnaround times to ensure that client deadlines are met

Understand ACA’s proprietary workflow tool, ComplianceAlpha, as well as third-party proprietary systems

Track progress of assigned work using project management software tools

Participate in internal calls to discuss review results
To qualify for the role, you must have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications and comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment

Full fluency in English language

Previous experience in the legal, finance, or compliance industry is preferred.
