OMR Supervisory Analyst
 

ACA’s Outsourced Marketing Review team (OMR) assists clients by reviewing marketing materials to help ensure they are consistent with applicable regulatory requirements. The individual in this position will have supervisory, training, and subject matter expertise responsibilities with respect to marketing review. Supervisory Analysts expected to review marketing material, keep up to date on all regulatory developments, and advise clients on industry best practices associated with the products and services they engage in.


Job Duties:

  • Supervise analysts and provide guidance with respect to assignments, work quality, and development opportunities
  • Review marketing materials to identify potential regulatory issues
  • Train analysts to review client materials to identify potential regulatory risks
  • Review analyst findings and edit client deliverables
  • Liaise with internal OMR staff to finalize comments to provide to the client
  • Tailor marketing reviews to reflect client preferences, as applicable
  • Work within quick turnaround times to ensure that client deadlines are met
  • Understand ACA’s proprietary workflow tool, ComplianceAlpha, as well as third-party proprietary systems
  • Track progress of assigned work using project management software tools
  • Participate in internal calls to discuss review results


To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications and comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment
  • Full fluency in English language

Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Previous experience in the legal or finance industry is preferred.
