Job Title: Contract and Project Setup Associate

Position Summary

The individual in this position will assist in setting up and maintaining client projects in ACA’s client relationship management and accounting system. This includes analyzing and interpreting client terms to ensure client projects are accurately set up in a timely manner.

Job Duties

• Analyze executed client contracts to determine completeness; set up the client projects in ACA’s client relationship management and accounting systems to drive accurate project billing.    
• Collaborate with the ACA sales team to ensure sales opportunities have been accurately created and closed in ACA’s client relationship management based on executed client contracts and ensure that all executed client contracts are mapped to a sales opportunity and Deltek, ACA’s system of record for projects.
• Analyze client contract amendments, update client projects to reflect such amendments and update billing changes.
• Work on annual project renewal and billing setups for accurate renewal billing.
• Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives.

Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Finance or contract management is strongly preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of related experience, preferably in a professional services firm

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience with Deltek Vision accounting system
• Experience working in Salesforce.com
