Position Summary

As a Graphic Designer at ACA Group, you will play a crucial role within our Marketing & Communications team. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting visually compelling and innovative designs that reflect ACA’s brand identity. Your key responsibilities will encompass designing digital and print assets for diverse marketing campaigns, creating social media graphics, developing presentations, producing infographics, and enhancing internal communications.


Job Duties
 

Graphic Design and Visual Content: 

• Develop eye-catching graphics, infographics, presentations, and visual assets for both digital and print platforms. 

• Produce promotional materials such as social media posts, newsletters, flyers, and banners. 

• Assist in creating visual content for ACA’s website and marketing campaigns. 

Branding and Consistency: 
 

• Ensure consistency across all design projects, adhering to ACA’s brand guidelines. 

• Help create templates and design standards for company-wide use. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and design objectives. Take feedback constructively and make necessary adjustments to designs. 

Research and Trends: 
 

• Keep abreast of design trends and industry best practices. 
• Suggest creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and brand presence. 

Required Education and Experience  

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite -, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Adobe XD), Figma, and similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for design.
• Good knowledge of video editing and animation, including design techniques such as prototyping.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
