Role Summary:
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in facilitating trainings and managing end‑to‑end learning programs. The ideal individual will demonstrate strong communication and research skills, the ability to build effective relationships with leaders and employees, and a collaborative, approachable demeanor. They should be capable of supporting learners, addressing queries with confidence, and ensuring the seamless execution of our existing L&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and manage a quarterly learning calendar with a focus on soft‑skills
· Oversee end‑to‑end training operations, including scheduling, communication, participant enrollment, logistics coordination, and post‑session follow‑ups.
· Collaborate effectively with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external training vendors to ensure high‑quality learning experiences.
· Develop comprehensive training content, facilitator guides, and learner materials while maintaining alignment with organizational standards and branding guidelines.
· Evaluate training effectiveness using defined KPIs such as completion rates, attendance, learner feedback, and impact assessments.
· Drive continuous improvement by analyzing survey results, manager feedback, and identified skill or knowledge gaps.
· Prepare and present quarterly training statistics and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
· Manage all vendor interactions, including coordination, communication, and quality assurance.
· Lead and execute training programs end‑to‑end, ensuring seamless delivery and measurable outcomes.
· Maintain and enhance existing L&D initiatives, introducing improvements as needed to strengthen engagement and program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in Learning and Development
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Comfort with data: ability to produce reports, derive insights, and recommend improvements.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience working with external training vendors and managing budgets/contracts is preferred.
