Position Summary

The Marketing Production Analyst, Distribution supports the Registered Funds Operations (Reg Fund Ops) Marketing Production team within Distribution. This role assists ACA Foreside’s Marketing Production team in the production, data verification, and quality control of materials.

Job Duties
 

The Marketing Production Associate Analyst, Distribution is responsible for:

  1. Performing detailed data proofing and quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of produced materials
  2. Tracking and accurately reporting all materials produced or revised to support internal reporting and client invoicing
  3. Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve production workflows, efficiency, and quality
  4. Coordinating production activities with third‑party vendors, including system partners and printing vendors, as needed

 

Required Education and Experience  
 

  1. Bachelor’s degree, Graphic Design Certificate or equivalent work experience
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Acrobat

 

Required Skills and Attributes
 

  1. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat applications and comfortable working in tech-enabled environment. SQL knowledge a plus. 
  2. Ability to work within client brand identity standards
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  5. Efficient time management and priority setting skills to effectively manage heavy work volume and tight deadline sched
  6. Self-starter and team player with the ability to work with limited supervision
  7. Produce high-quality work that is accurate and thorough, with strong attention to detail
