Position Summary


The individual in this position is responsible for the administration of corporate support activities by providing daily administrative support to ACA Compliance Group.

 

Job Duties

1. Provide clerical and general administrative support to ACA’s management and staff

2. Answer office phones and direct incoming calls

3. Purchase and maintain office and kitchen supplies in accordance with ACA purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions

4. Administer scheduling of office space, including offices, workstations, and meeting rooms, which may include facilitating meal and beverage service, coordinating audio/visual equipment, and administering other meeting-related needs

5. Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, webcasts and other arrangements for ACA’s personnel, investors, visitors, and others as needed

6. Oversee organization and maintenance of corporate support files and paperwork

7. Prepare various staff and management reports, memos and other documents

8. Supervise, train, evaluate, oversee, and provide feedback to operational support staff

9. Exercise discretion and make independent judgements on matters of significance. 

10 Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives

 

Required Education and Experience

 

  1. Minimum 4 year of experience performing administrative or clerical duties in an office setting 

 

Preferred Education and Experience

 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration business, computers, or office management preferred 2. 2 years of supervisory experience 

 

Required Skills and Attributes

  1. Proficiency in the use of office equipment, including phone systems, faxes, copiers, and scanners
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working in a tech enabled environment.
  3. Demonstrated professional integrity
  4. Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing employee needs
  5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment
  6. Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
