Job Duties:
 

Setting up procurement function at ACA
Manage day to day Procurement operations including processes and procedures
Sourcing- Facilitate purchases from outside suppliers
Negotiating purchase agreements
Contract Management
Vendor Management (right from vendor sourcing to set-up in workday)
Supplier relationship management (negotiate payment terms, resolve disputes)
Spend management
Ad Hoc projects and tasks as required
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice
Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance
Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations
Planning, creating, and processing timely requisitions and purchase orders
Answer questions from all levels within the Company and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports
Audit daily processing queue

Coordinating with other departments
Risk Management / Prioritization

 

Required Education and Experience:
 

1.   High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred

2.   Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Procurement-Vendor Management, Sourcing & Contracts
 

Preferred Education and Experience:
 

1.   College courses in accounting preferred

2.   Experience with Workday accounting system a plus

3.   Experience working with a multi-entity, global company
