Position Summary
This Pune-based role is responsible for leading certain global PRMO function tasks in India and plays a vital role supporting project delivery and ensuring coordination of resources across multiple projects. This non-billable, non-client-facing position acts as a critical link between PRMO Project Managers, Resource Managers, Delivery teams, and leadership to maintain project data integrity, facilitate effective resource planning, and support smooth project execution.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across functions to optimize both project coordination and resource management processes.
Job Duties
Supervisory Oversight
- Supervise, train, evaluate, oversee, and provide feedback to staff.
- Evaluate and communicate the team’s performance against quality control metrics and resolve any issues in a timely fashion.
- Provide direction and guide junior colleagues on novel or complex performance issues and delivery of results to clients and/or internal staff as needed.
- Manage and track the assignment of PMO Project Managers and delivery resources to projects based on availability, skills, and timelines.
- Collaborate with PMO and RMO teams to forecast resource requirements and fulfill resource requests.
- Review employee utilization and timeliness of supervisees’ timecards submission.
- Ensure delivery resources update and maintain accurate skills and certification records.
- Maintain and update skills matrices and resource dashboards to support resource planning.
- Assist in resolving resource allocation conflicts and escalating issues when necessary.
- Contribute to refining resource management processes and adoption of resource planning tools.
- Help facilitate and support HR in hiring processes, review curriculum vitae, and participate in new hire interviews.
- Implement and follow new hire onboarding procedures.
Project Coordination
- Provide administrative and operational support to PMO Project Managers to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Assist with project reporting, tracking progress, and updating project information in Certinia PSA Cloud or similar tools.
- Identify missing or inaccurate project data and collaborate with project teams to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain organized and accessible project documentation and communication for stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, resource managers, and internal customers to facilitate clear communication and timely updates.
- Implement system updates and support process improvements within project management tools.
Resource Management Support

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, resource management, or similar roles within professional services or consulting environments.
- Proficiency with Certinia PSA and/or Salesforce
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
