Position Summary
The Reg Ops Support Associate provides administrative support for ACA’s US and UK Reg business units. The individual in this role is responsible for assisting with contract and sales opportunity reconciliation, project set up, workflow initiation, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Duties
- Provide operational support as assigned to facilitate team workflow
- Analyze executed client contracts to determine alignment with sales opportunity and assist with client project set up in ACA’s professional services automation system.
- Assist with workflow management, workflow tracking, project set up and assignments, project hand-off, and troubleshooting
- Participate in drafting policies, procedures, and standards as they relate to RegOps processes and procedures
- Correspond with other ACA employees to solve invoicing, timekeeping, reporting, and project tracking issues
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as assigned
- Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1 year of administrative support experience directly involving scheduling or project management
