Position Summary

As our Distribution Relationship and Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide excellent support to our Distribution commercial team and contribute to the performance of a fast-growing commercial organization. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing pricing documentation and proposals for customers, responding to customer calls and emails, and assisting the sales staff and relationship managers in preparing for client meetings and completing customer paperwork. You will input data into our customer management system, manage the sales department’s calendar and generate various reports for the sales team.

Job Duties

 

  • Liaise with various teams and other departments.
  • Maintain the sales team’s calendars.
  • Develop pricing and create drafts of client proposals.
  • Maintain and update sales and client records.
  • Track results relative to goals and report any deviations.
  • Develop periodic sales reports.
  • Complete special projects for the sales team to help with organization
  • Stay up to date with new ACA products and features

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:
 

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. A minimum of three years proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  4. Experience with sales software such as Salesforce CRM.
  5. Experience with managing One Note files.
  6. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  9. A team player with high level of dedication
  10. Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines

 

Ideally you will also have:
 

  1. Experience planning and coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics.
  2. High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  3. You are meticulous, highly organized and can juggle several complex priorities and needs of a rapidly growing organization.
  4. You collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating a variety of activities for multiple professionals within a team environment
