Position Summary:
As a Sales Strategy Associate, you’ll provide a high level of support to the sales team and drive results for our growing organization. Your main responsibilities will include preparing pricing documents and customer proposals, informing, developing, and maintaining client and prospect account plans, and assisting sales staff with client meeting preparation and paperwork. You’ll also update information in our customer management system, help manage the sales department’s calendar, and produce reports for the team, ensuring our sales staff is fully prepared for client meetings and sales campaigns
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross‑functional alignment on sales initiatives and workflows.
- Oversee and optimize calendar management for the sales organization.
- Lead pricing strategy and proposal development, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Direct creation of sales presentations and executive‑ready materials.
- Manage sales data integrity, cleansing, mapping and analytics, driving insights and process improvements.
- Informing strategic account planning and opportunity identification.
- Set standards for maintaining accurate, compliant sales and client records.
- Monitor performance trends and recommend actions to leadership.
- Deliver advanced reporting and forecasting for senior stakeholders.
- Manage complex cross‑team projects to enhance sales operations.
- Drive adoption of new ACA products and features across the sales team.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of five years’ proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with sales software including by not limited to Salesforce CRM.
- High Proficiency with managing One Note files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
- High Proficiency using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Oversees complex scheduling and logistical coordination for senior stakeholders and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Demonstrates strong agility in navigating shifting priorities, organizational change, and high‑pressure deadlines.
Required Skills and Attributes
- You are meticulous, highly organized and can juggle several complex priorities and needs of a rapidly growing organization.
- You collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating a variety of activities for multiple professionals within a team environment.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, especially in developing Excel and PowerPoint documents for internal and external use..
