Position Summary


Join our team as a Salesforce QA Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Cloud applications. In this dynamic position, you'll design and execute comprehensive test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement. Job Duties

 

  1. Develop test plans for Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps
  2. Collaborate with teams to define test criteria
  3. Create test cases for functional, regression, and UAT
  4. Execute tests manually and/or automatically
  5. Identify, document, and track defects
  6. Develop and maintain manual/automated Salesforce tests
  7. Identify opportunities to improve QA via automation
  8. Communicate defects to developers and verify fixes
  9. Retest issues and perform regression testing
  10. Collaborate to ensure test coverage aligns with goals
  11. Provide testing status reports to stakeholders
  12. Set up and manage test environments
  13. Validate Salesforce data integrity and consistency
  14. Support users during UAT
  15. Ensure UAT issues are resolved
  16. Adhere to company policies and industry standards
  17. Promote QA best practices
  18. Maintain test documentation
  19. Generate and present QA reports
  20. Conduct performance and load testing
  21. Optimize applications with developers
  22. Provide QA guidance to team and stakeholders
  23. Stay current with Salesforce releases
  24. Keep up-to-date with latest Salesforce features and practices
  25. Participate in training and certification

 

Required Education and Experience
 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of Salesforce testing experience
  3. Relevant certifications in Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, or QA methodologies are highly desirable.
  4. Two or more years of Copado or other Salesforce test automation experience
