Position Summary
Join our team as a Salesforce QA Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Cloud applications. In this dynamic position, you'll design and execute comprehensive test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement. Job Duties
- Develop test plans for Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps
- Collaborate with teams to define test criteria
- Create test cases for functional, regression, and UAT
- Execute tests manually and/or automatically
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Develop and maintain manual/automated Salesforce tests
- Identify opportunities to improve QA via automation
- Communicate defects to developers and verify fixes
- Retest issues and perform regression testing
- Collaborate to ensure test coverage aligns with goals
- Provide testing status reports to stakeholders
- Set up and manage test environments
- Validate Salesforce data integrity and consistency
- Support users during UAT
- Ensure UAT issues are resolved
- Adhere to company policies and industry standards
- Promote QA best practices
- Maintain test documentation
- Generate and present QA reports
- Conduct performance and load testing
- Optimize applications with developers
- Provide QA guidance to team and stakeholders
- Stay current with Salesforce releases
- Keep up-to-date with latest Salesforce features and practices
- Participate in training and certification
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Salesforce testing experience
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, or QA methodologies are highly desirable.
- Two or more years of Copado or other Salesforce test automation experience
