This is an excellent opportunity to join ACA Group’s dynamic Talent Acquisition Team based in our Pune, India office. We are the leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) advisor in financial services globally.
The Senior Recruiter is primarily responsible for achieving ACA Group’s hiring objectives for Pune by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating job candidates, as well as advising hiring managers and other staff responsible for hiring initiatives. This role is a hybrid role with three days per week in the office.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to define recruiting requirements.
- Develop an understanding of organization recruiting plans and objectives.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline appropriate to hiring needs by utilizing multiple sourcing channels.
- Prepare consistent and high-quality adverts and social media postings to attract qualified candidates.
- Actively source candidates to meet both current and future recruitment needs.
- Effectively manage interview processes, working closely with and advising the business to deliver a smooth candidate experience and successful outcome.
- Work closely with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners to effectively manage compensation negotiations and offers.
- Ensure that all reporting is supported by first-class data management within both HRIS and Excel formats.
- Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration in business, human resources, sales or related concentration preferred
- Solid working knowledge applicant tracking systems (ATS), Success Factors preferred.
- 6+ years’ experience with full project life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment or agency recruiting firm focused on financial services preferred

- Experience with compensation negotiations required professional services industry preferred
