The Opportunity:

The Dealer Services Analyst will work closely with mutual fund adviser clients to facilitate selling agreements with financial intermediaries and perform general mutual fund operations.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate selling agreement process with various broker dealers and financial intermediaries
  • Maintain database of agreements and assist with the preparation of reports to clients
  • Work closely with transfer agents in drafting fund notices, setting intermediaries up to trade and completing fund setup questionnaires
  • Research and resolve inquiries from clients and intermediaries on a daily basis
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a financial environment, with knowledge of securities and securities markets preferred, as well as experience in investment operations and client services; Distributor or Transfer Agency experience a plus

 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Major or concentration in business, finance, economic, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
