The Opportunity:

The Client Engagement Associate is a service position primarily focused on client satisfaction and retention. A successful candidate will be skilled at building c-level relationships with new and existing clients, supporting growth initiatives and activities of internal Account Owners, collaborating with internal delivery teams to ensure prompt delivery of projects. Are you usually referred to as a “people person”? Does your family and friends rely on you to organize reunions because they know it will get done really well? Do you love color-coding your to-do lists? Do texts with typos bother you? If you have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong attention to detail, and really enjoy getting stuff done with a “no balls dropped” attitude, the Client Engagement Associate role would be ideal for you.  

 

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with 2-3 Account Owners to manage and retain client relationships and build client loyalty across a pool of 50-100 clients. 
  • Develop and maintain understanding of the client’s overall business, future plans, and potential needs 
  • Collect and maintain key client-related data 
  • Maintain ongoing understanding of client’s various engagements across ACA 
  • Create and disseminate project status updates to each client on a monthly basis, and help account owners prepare for quarterly touch points with clients 
  • Schedule client meetings and touch points for account owners 
  • Nudge clients on deliverables, dates and deadlines 
  • Own the client project dashboard and escalate issues quickly 
  • Initiate frequent touches with clients to prove value and support increased loyalty 
  • Communicate status and next steps to the client and appropriate internal ACA partners 
  • Act as primary escalation contact for small-to-mid level client questions and concerns 
  • Coordinate with multiple service delivery groups at ACA Aponix to ensure excellent, timely, and consistent client delivery 

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required – major or concentration in business, marketing, engineering 
  • Two (2) years of related experience 

 

Preferred Education and Experience 

  • Exposure to Salesforce 
  • MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
