The Opportunity:
The individual in this position is responsible for overseeing the set up and maintenance of client projects in ACA’s client relationship management and accounting system to ensure client projects are accurately set up in a timely manner. In addition, this role is also assists with ACA’s revenue management team with the monthly revenue recognition process.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze executed client contracts to determine the allocation of revenue among ACA entities based on the scope of work and oversee client project set up, particularly the most complex projects, in ACA’s client relationship management and accounting system
  • Ensure sales opportunities are created and updated in ACA’s client relationship management and accounting system and that all executed client contracts are mapped to a sales opportunity
  • Ensure client projects are updated to reflect contract amendments and that client project scope changes are communicated to applicable ACA personnel
  • Ensure non-standard scope, service, fee, and other related client contract terms are identified, addressed, and communicated to applicable ACA personnel
  • Assist ACA’s revenue team with monthly revenue calculation and validation and the reconciliation of unbilled balances and deferred revenue balances
  • Perform work under minimal supervision
  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing project set up at a professional services firm

 

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience with Deltek Vision accounting system
