The Opportunity:

 

As a Salesforce Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be the cornerstone of our enterprise systems strategy, playing a critical role in the end-to-end architecture leadership. You will design solutions across various systems including Salesforce, Certinia, and Workday, and coach teams on engineering best practices to ensure our technology infrastructure supports our strategic goals.

 

 

  • Highly desired locations: New York City, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Boston, Chicago, Florida (Boca Raton, Miami), San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and Raleigh/Durham.
  • Note: This role will likely move to a hybrid role in the future.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Provide end-to-end architecture leadership to align enterprise systems with business objectives.
  • Design robust solutions that integrate Salesforce, Certinia, and Workday with ACA’s product offerings and other business systems.
  • Coach and mentor teams on engineering best practices and architectural principles. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into long term technical roadmaps.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of enterprise systems technologies and tools.

 

 

Required Education and Experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, with favor given to SaaS, subscription based services, managed services, and FinTech experience

 

 

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions across Salesforce, Certinia, and Workday, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business processes.
  • Demonstrated Sales and Financial business acumen, shown by fluency in the key terminology, principles, and concepts central to the effective operation of each department
  • Proven track record of architectural leadership, including the ability to conceptualize and articulate high-level architecture strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of successful technical troubleshooting and solution optimization.
  • Effective coaching and mentoring abilities, evidenced by past success in guiding teams towards engineering excellence and best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a portfolio of projects that required cross functional teamwork and clear articulation of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptability and learning agility, as shown by staying current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and architectural frameworks.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, demonstrated through a history of process enhancements and the implementation of best practices that have led to measurable business outcomes.
