The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Senior Training Specialist to play an integral role in facilitating and executing our employee training & education programs related to our ComplianceAlpha software to help drive internal and external adoption. This role will provide you with an opportunity to work with cross functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, ACA’s Consulting Teams and more.  This job is a perfect fit if you enjoy working with people, learning complex systems and being able to distill information in a creative way to users and stakeholders.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and deliver internal ComplianceAlpha training across various teams within ACA.  
  • Learn and become an expert in various ACA ComplianceAlpha modules and toolsets.  
  • Create and execute a learning & development strategy which ensures that knowledge is passed on properly and helps drive adoption of the products internally 
  • Work closely with the Product Teams to refresh educational offerings and ensure they stay up to date 
  • Work with various client-facing teams on creating training course materials to include user guides, videos, quick reference guides, course outlines, FAQs, and exercises. 
  • Perform ad-hoc work / be involved special projects as necessary to support ACA on various training initiatives 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least 5 years' experience and a proven record of accomplishment of developing and delivering effective training OR relevant compliance/GRC consulting experience. 
  • An understanding of training methodologies, theories, and the mechanisms behind effective instructor-led training. 
  • Experience learning complex software systems.  
  • Experience of delivering remote training. 
  • Exceptional knowledge of core MS Office 2016 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
