The Opportunity:  

The role of Sr Data Analyst (Broker Feed Support) works directly with ACA’s software clients to ensure that they are getting the most out of our software products. This role focuses on assisting and supporting ACA clients with their ComplianceAlpha Broker Feed connections. The Support Team is on the front line of making sure that our clients are engaged, happy, and utilizing our products to their fullest extent

 

  • Highly desired locations: New York City, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Boston, Chicago, Florida (Boca Raton, Miami), San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Houston.
  • Note: This role will likely move to a hybrid role in the future.

 

 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Create connections for brokerage accounts for clients 
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose incidents related to the brokerage account connections
  • Liaise with other developers and product owners on corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents
  • Provide recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership, using your insights to advocate for both internal and external users
  • .Ability to meet required deadlines, provide exceptional support, and reporting and documenting progress reports and client responses. 
  • Perform call management, including logging, monitoring, updating, prioritizing and resolving calls, emails and indirect inquiries in a timely fashion

 

To Qualify this Role, You Must Have: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-4 years of experience as a data analyst

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Financial institution experience a plus
  • Relationship management with clients, external and internal counterparts
  • Basic SQL skills
